Nesting and Dying Exhibition
Ghost Patrol and Miso are two tasteful artists of Melbourne. They are currently exhibiting their work at Metro5 gallery. The show is called Nesting and Dying, as evident from the stuffed animals, conveying a dark though humorously morbid atmosphere. A vast showcase of collages either on paper or wood, drawings and photographs is presented at Metro 5 until the 7th of November.
Hard to believe is the fact that this is the work of two different artists, as there is a very strong unity in their art. Some fantasy is often present in these pieces of art, emphasized by a feeling of intimacy.
So don't miss out on this amazing exhibition, just a few train stops from the city. You'll probably be seduced by the icing on the cake, a wonderful book gathering their work, available in limited edition for a hundred bucks.
